    New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg asked Billy Joel to join him Wednesday for a press conference announcing the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's plans to open a Rock Annex in the Big Apple this November. Like the home of town Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, this annex will feature many Rock and Rock exhibits and artifacts like: Bruce Springsteen's 1957 Chevy, John Lennon's Record Plant piano and the notebook in which Joel wrote lyrics for his album The Stranger. The annex will open in November of this year.
