We mentioned Matt's been playing radio since he was a kid and a lot of that playtime was spent right here in Jacksonville.

Matt is one the few Jacksonville natives still "on air". He's worked at other stations in town like WIVY and WQIK but the Eagle really does play his kind of music. It's what he grew up listening too.

Matt has a critical job when he's not on the Eagle. You would most likely find him producing commercials when he's not on the air... LOTS of them. He started his own production company back in the 90's and has his hand in all types of media.

Personally, Matt and his wife have three handsome boys and lead an active lifestyle. From year-round sports to school activities. Matt is a real family guy that thoroughly enjoys spending time with them and counts everyday as a milestone and blessing.
