Hello Jacksonville! It is great to be doing the morning show from 5am-10am here on 96-9 The Eagle, Jacksonville's Classic Hit's Station.

I started in radio in 1989 in Ocala and spent 1991-2007 at our sister station 96.5 WHTQ in Orlando.

I am really looking forward to going to more Jags games this year, The Players tournament (watching all those pros trying to hold the green on #17) and getting to know the great places here in town and playing some of the awesome golf courses.

    • Born: Chateauguay (Montreal), Quebec

    • Birthday: October 4th

    • Why Radio: Couldn't make it as a guitar player and I was hoping to play centre on a line with Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemeiux, Bobby Orr and Paul Coffey with Patrick Roy in net but the NHL never called me up!

    • Favorite Bands: Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Metallica, Elton John, Rush, Floyd, Ozzy, Springsteen, Van Halen, Neil Young, AC/DC, Stones, Priest, Kiss, The Who, Cinderella, Nugent, Yes, Leppard...

    • Dream Band:

Guitar: Eddie Van Halen, Randy Rhoads, Jimmy Page

Bass: Geddy Lee, John Paul Jones, Chris Squire

Drums: Neil Peart, John Bonham, Tommy Lee

Vocals: Robert Plant, Steven Tyler, Ronnie James Dio

Keyboards: Elton John, Rick Wakeman, Keith Emerson

Lyrics: Neil Peart, Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen

      Rhythm Guitar: ME!!!!

    • 1st Album you Bought: Kiss "Alive"

    • Favorite Albums: Zep's "Song Remains the Same", Aerosmith's "Live Bootleg", Rush's "All the World's a Stage"...live stuff kicks!

    • 1st Concert: Kiss July '77 Montreal Forum

    • Favorite Concerts: How many can I name?

    • Loudest: Motorhead. Lemmy Rules!

    • Movies: It's A Wonderful Life, Scarface, Rocky, Gladiator, Jaws, Casino, Wall Street, Saving Private Ryan, The Exorcist, Meet The Parents, Good Will Hunting, Heat, The Breakfast Club, Shawshank Redemption, The Sting, Good Fellas, Something About Mary, Copland.

    • Actors: DeNiro, Pacino, Eastwood, Bronson, Douglas, Stallone

    • Likes: Playing hockey on the Central Florida Fire Fighters team...we Rock! Also, jammin' on the guitar, golf (trying to break 76 {6/8/08}), hangin' at the beach, pool, chess, tennis and spending as much time as possible with my family.

    • Favorite Sports:

I really love all sports but I'd have to say Hockey's #1 for me, go Habs - Montreal Canadiens, also Avs, Leafs, Lightning, Pens.

Football: The Bucs and The Jags.

      Baseball: Blue Jay's, Ray's & The Braves.

Nascar: Go Gordon #24, also Tony Stewart, Jimmy Johnson, Mark Martin, Dale Jr.

Golf: Tiger's the guy to beat but I'm more of a Phil Mickelson and Mike Weir fan. Best swing in golf? Ernie's right there but Freddy Couples takes it, it's like watching a slow motion replay.

    • Dislikes: show offs, people who prey on weak, fakes, trash TV.

    • Most memorable moment in your radio career:

Among other things, getting a chance to meet a few of my heros. Take your pick:

Steven Tyler: The real deal, total cool, the definition of down to earth.

Wayne Gretzky: 300 people waiting for autographs, Wayne signs double that and still asks, "Did I miss any one?" The Great One... what more do I need to say.

Geddy Lee: Incredibly nice. A little embarrassing though when my wife was taking a picture of Geddy and I and said, "Come on Geddy, smile."

James Hetfield: While signing autographs for some listeners on station letter head said, "Who wrote this #$%@." Our old promotions department misspelled the bands name.

Gordie Howe: His manager tells me, "You have a two minute interview with Mr. Howe, that's it!" About ten minutes later Gordie's still talkin' and the manager is giving me the "Cut" sign. I wasn't about to tell Mr. Hockey to shut up.

Tony Iommi: I still can't believe I shook his hand.

Jeff Gordon and Dale Jr: Two of the nicest guys on and off the track.

      Touching the NHL Stanley Cup
